Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is Ousman Gibba Badji, trading as OG Solutions (NIF 39476359X), Passeig de la Pau, 24, 08600 Berga (Barcelona). For anything about your data, write to ogweb.agency@gmail.com.
When you write to us
The contact and quote forms ask for your name, email and message and, if you want, your business, website, the service you are interested in, an indicative budget and a timeframe. We use them to answer you and to prepare a quote.
Legal basis: taking steps you ask for before a contract (article 6.1.b GDPR). Without your name, email and message we cannot reply.
If you book the free website review call, the booking page (Cal.com) asks for your name, email, business and website, optionally what concerns you about it, and the time you choose. We use them to prepare and hold the call, and the booking is kept with the other enquiries. Legal basis: the same pre-contractual steps you ask for (article 6.1.b GDPR).
To stop abuse, the form keeps your IP address in the server's memory for a few minutes to limit how many messages can be sent in a row. It is never stored with your message. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (article 6.1.f GDPR).
Analytics
Only if you accept it in the cookie notice, Google Analytics 4 measures visits in aggregate: pages viewed, device and browser, approximate location, and how you arrived. Its advertising features are off.
Legal basis: your consent (article 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time from "Cookie settings" at the foot of every page; withdrawing does not affect what was measured before.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: 24 months from our last exchange, then deleted. If an enquiry becomes a project, what tax and commercial law requires (generally six years).
- Analytics: Google Analytics keeps event data for 2 months.
- Your cookie choice: kept in your browser for up to 24 months, after which you are asked again.
