Questions

Asked, and answered plainly.

What people ask before they write to us — about prices, timing, ownership and the work itself. If yours isn't here, ask it.

Prices

01Why publish prices at all?

Because you would ask anyway, and a range on a page is more honest than one invented on a call. The final number is fixed in writing before we begin.

02I don't have the budget for a website yet.

Then start with being found. A complete Google Business Profile is €180 + VAT to set up and €70 + VAT a month, with no permanence. When it is paying for itself, build the site.

03Someone quoted me €600.

Template sites exist at that price, and for some businesses they are the right call. We don't compete there: every site here is designed and coded for one brand, and all of it is yours.

04Is the price fixed?

Yes. We work fixed-scope, fixed-price: you know the number before we begin, in writing. What can move it — connecting other systems, an earlier date, more people signing off — is listed with the prices and agreed before we start.

Working together

05How long does it take?

From two to sixteen weeks depending on the project — each line of the price list carries its own. Delivering under the standard timeline costs 25% more.

06How soon will I hear back?

Within two working days of your message, with a fixed price and a written date.

07How many rounds of changes are included?

Every website package includes two rounds of revisions. Shops and web apps are built to a written scope agreed before the work starts.

08Who will I be working with?

A one-room studio, founded by Ousman Gibba. We take a small number of clients each year — if the calendar's full, we'll say so.

What we build

09Why not WordPress?

Plugins you don't control, updates that break things, and a site that slows down every year. We write the code ourselves, so it stays fast and secure — and any developer can pick it up.

10Can't AI build this now?

It helps us build faster, and that saving is already in the prices above. It doesn't decide what your site should say or who it is for, and it doesn't answer the phone when something breaks on a Tuesday.

11Does my site need 3D or animation?

Usually not. Cinematic 3D is optional — most sites don't need it, and we'll tell you if yours does.

12Will my site be accessible?

Company websites and every tier above them are built to WCAG 2.2 AA. If accessibility matters for a smaller project, say so and it goes into the quote.

13How many pages does a company website have?

Up to six on the Company website — who you are, what you do, the proof, and a clear way to get in touch. Up to twelve, with a blog you edit yourself, on Company website Plus.

14Can I update the content myself?

On Company website Plus, yes — the blog and the pages are yours to edit. On the six-page site, changes go through us: every care plan includes hours of changes, from €40 + VAT a month.

Ownership and care

15What if I want to change provider later?

The code, the domain and the Google profile are yours from day one. Anyone can carry on from where we stop.

16Is a care plan required?

No. Care plans are optional and monthly, from €40 + VAT a month. A site without one is still yours — it just has nobody watching it.

Manresa and beyond

17Do you work outside Manresa?

Yes. Most of the work happens remotely, with a call or a coffee when it helps — across Catalonia, Spain and further out.

18Will a new website get me found in Manresa?

It helps: company websites ship with on-page SEO, a clean structure and Google Search Console set up. But for local searches your Google Business Profile matters as much as the site — it's often where customers meet you first. We set up both, and local SEO works on them month by month.

Online shops

19Which payments can my shop take?

Card, Bizum, Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout — with shipping zones, VAT and automatic invoices set up from the start.

20Can I manage the products myself?

Yes. You add and edit products yourself; the shop keeps the stock, sends the order and account emails, and issues the invoices.

21I'm not ready for a full shop yet.

Start with a catalogue site, from €2,200 + VAT: your products online with enquiries or WhatsApp ordering, and no checkout to run yet.

Google Business Profile

22Do I need a website to have a Google Business Profile?

No. A profile works on its own, and for many local businesses it's where customers find them first. A website gives it somewhere to send people when you're ready.

23What does the monthly fee cover?

After a one-off €180 + VAT to claim, verify and complete the profile, €70 + VAT a month covers a new post every month, an answer to every review in your voice, and a monthly report of views, calls and directions.

24Is there a minimum term?

No. There's no permanence: you can leave whenever you like, and the profile stays yours.
